Troy at the Telstra Shop came to Virgo Security to help combat theft of products from his shops & to help protect staff from unwelcome visitors. They needed their system to span three different store locations and give their manager instant access to information about the security status of each store. A CCTV System was designed & installed to assist police to identify persons who decided they liked a product without having to pay for it. Troy also has the advantage of being able to log in remotely and check footage or view the shops live in the event of an alarm activation, to determine whether the alarm is false or a genuine break in. The security system also included an Alarm with staff access system. The system is very easy for the staff to use and allows Troy to monitor staff access as well. Using his exclusive log in Troy can check each store site from the comfort of his office, from laptop or IPhone when he’s on the go. This allows him to check when each store is open and closed and that the premises have been armed. Greg asked Virgo Security to design a CCTV System for their workshop area to help meet his OH&S obligations and so that customers and their vehicles were safe from injury and damage. While monitoring the cameras staff can easily see if customers enter the workshop. This allows staff to then direct them to a waiting room where they can be kept safe from injury. The Cameras are also used by staff to safeguard customer’s cars while they are in the workshop area.
