We don’t use a third-party Monitoring Centre. We operate our own Grade A1 Alarm & Video Monitoring Centre – Australian Standards highest rating – certified in accordance with Australian Standard 2201.2. A Graded Monitoring Centre provides customers with the reassurance that the standards and performance of the facility are independently audited every 2 years.
